Regardless of whether you apply by email or by post, we will confirm receipt of your application within a few days.
We will then carefully consider your application (this shouldn’t take more than a week), and then give you initial feedback.
If your application is successful, we will arrange a short telephone interview. After this, there is a selection day which lasts around three hours – this involves learning the essentials about FLYLINE, doing a brief work-orientated test, a presentation or group discussion, and, of course, a first-round interview.
If you manage to leave a lasting positive impression, we will ask you back shortly for a more formal interview. If you decide that our dynamic company is the right place for you, and show us that you’re the right person for the job – both on a personal and professional level – you will receive a written offer from us a few days later.
